Man, time flies when you are having fun. Weekends at the lake, softball games and rounds of golf, more daylight than darkness and temperatures that don’t require layers are all still in effect, so get out and take advantage of those summer activities while you still can! If you’re paying for maybe indulging in too many of summers bbq’s and lazy lake weekends, well, we can help bring back that beach body. And we’ve got 2 new coaches helping us get folks into shape, so if scheduling was an issue before, now we’ve got that covered. We’ve made an addition to our class schedule as well, but it’s not another CrossFit class. We’ve expanded our horizons a bit and added a Yoga class! Yoga is lead Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7pm and Sundays at 6pm. It’s open to everybody and all skill levels are welcome, we’ll provide the mats, blocks, bands and any other tools you’ll need to get a good stretch in. If you just want to do one class here and there, it’s $10 for non-CrossFit Minot members and $5 for members. If you’re looking to take advantage of all the Yoga you can, an unlimited month pass is $40 for non CF Minot folks and only $20 for members.
